Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when an item can be returned and when a refund is issued.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with the order. A full refund is available only for products returned unopened with the original receipt; opened products may receive a refund based on condition, up to the product price.

Return Process

Email marketing@air-robo.com before sending the item back.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Wait for written return authorization and the approved return address.

Non-Quality Returns

For a change-of-mind or other non-quality-related return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. AIRROBO refunds the product cost itself; original shipping charges are not included unless required by applicable law.

Refund Timing

For orders that have not shipped, the refund or exchange process usually takes 14-28 days from the date of the request. For an approved returned product, the refund may take up to 45 days after the return is received.

Excluded Items

Floor-sweeper accessories, batteries, dust bags, dust boxes, brushes, HEPA filters, mops, pet-machine accessories, pool-machine accessories, and other vulnerable parts or accessories are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law.

Return Address

AIRROBO's public policy does not publish a fixed consumer return address. Do not send returns to the business address or warehouse address unless our support team confirms it in writing.
