Warranty Policy
Botluxe is an AIRROBO sub-brand. This policy explains the limited warranty available for eligible products purchased through the Botluxe website or an authorized sales channel.
Effective date: July 1, 2023
Warranty Period
Eligible products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date. The main unit, motor, battery, and listed charging accessories are generally covered for 1 year. Consumables such as brushes, filters, mops, dustbins, and other wear parts are not covered unless the product page states otherwise.
Warranty Service
Within 30 days of purchase, a quality-related issue may qualify for a replacement or repair. After 30 days and within 1 year, warranty support generally provides repair service only.
How to Submit a Claim
Contact marketing@air-robo.com and provide your order number or proof of purchase, product name and serial number if available, a description of the issue, and photos or video.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Misuse, accidents, drops, water, fire, or improper storage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Lost or stolen products
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Consumables and accessories excluded on the product page
Do not return a product before receiving written instructions from our support team. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
