Order Processing
Orders are typically processed by local warehouses within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotions or peak periods, processing may take longer.
Estimated Delivery
- US warehouse: approximately 3-9 business days
- Canada warehouse: approximately 2-8 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery can be affected by destination, inventory, customs, weather, carrier delays, and an incorrect or incomplete address.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on orders above US$199.99. For orders below US$199.99, shipping costs vary depending on product size, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable fee is shown before payment is completed.
Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order ships.
Address Changes and Delivery Problems
Contact marketing@air-robo.com as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has shipped.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges may apply according to the destination country's rules and are not included unless stated at checkout.
